How do I update my payment method, change/cancel my subscription, or manage other account aspects?

You can do all of that and more under your Account Settings.

To cancel your subscription, go to My Subscription under Account Settings. View your Lineage of Love Subscription, then you'll have three button across the bottom that read Cancel, Change Payment, and Renew. Note that clicking on the Cancel button cancels your subscription right away as there is no confirmation page. If canceling part-way through your month/year, you'll have access to the Lineage of Love through the end of that billing cycle.

When is new content released?

New content is released on the 1st of each month by Noon eastern time.

Can I download the content?

You can only stream the content. Occasionally, Katie makes certain things downloadable as a gift to you. This will be indicated on the monthly content pages.

What type of discounts do I get as a Lineage of Love member? Where do I find those?

We periodically offer discounts on Live Events and certain products. The Lineage of Love exclusive promotions change every year. These discounts will be announced via email and in the Facebook group. They are also posted to the Membership Portal.
